Compliant site fencing has been erected.
The builder’s sign has been erected.
Tree protection controls have been installed.
Site toilet facilities are available.
All neighbouring properties within a 20m radius of the lot have been given the required written notice.
Home Owners Warranty Insurance OR Owner Builder Permit has been supplied.
Council Contributions and Deposits have been paid or confirmed with Council to not be applicable.
All consent pre-commencement conditions have been read and complied with.

I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of the provisions of the Oaths Act 1900.
